The Running Festival is an exciting day of athletic events designed for runners and walkers of all ages. Held on a scenic course, the festival offers something for everyone from seasoned athletes to young enthusiasts eager to experience their first race. For adult competitors, three timed races are scheduled: - The semi-marathon kicks off at 9:00 AM with a challenging 21.1km route suitable for runners born before December 31, 2009. Participants can register for this event until September 7th; after that date, the entry fee will increase to €21 (+€1.79 processing fees). - At 9:45 AM, a competitive 10km race begins, open to individuals born before December 31, 2011. This shorter but equally thrilling event costs €10 (+€1.34 for processing), with late registration starting September 8th adding an extra €2. - The third adult option is the 6km run at 10:45 AM, ideal for those who prefer a more manageable distance while still enjoying the festive atmosphere. Born before December 31, 2011? You're eligible to participate in this event priced at €6 (+€1.04 processing). For younger participants, several non-timed races cater specifically to children: - The teen race for adolescents aged between 2012 and 2015 takes place at 11:45 AM over a distance of 2km. - Immediately following the teens’ event is the kids' run starting at noon. This one-kilometer course welcomes young athletes born in either 2016 or 2017, with entry costing €2 (+€0.44 processing). - The festival concludes with a baby dash for the littlest runners, aged between 2018 and 2020, who will race over a half-kilometer distance at 12:10 PM. In addition to these races, two family-friendly walking events are also on offer: - A ten-kilometer march designed for families and friends begins promptly at 9:15 AM.
