RegisterOur annual Holiday Lights Run, sponsored by Union Fitness and co-hosted with Dancing Gnome Running Club, is on Thursday, December 18th!
Come early to participate in a raffle with awesome prize baskets from our vendors, community partners and local businesses! Then, join the group for a 2, 4, or 6 mile route to view Pittsburgh’s holiday light displays!
This year, we are proud to announce the Greater Pittsburgh Community Food Bank as our charity partner. Every day, thousands of our neighbors struggle to get enough food. The Food Bank ensures that everyone has access to nutritious meals and works to address the long-term challenges tied to food insecurity.
We’re also excited to share two new partnerships this year. Union Fitness joins as our sponsor. Our partnership is a natural fit. Both of our organizations are dedicated to promoting health, wellness and togetherness in Pittsburgh. Their comprehensive and inspiring space is housed within Nova Place. We will also be co-hosting with our friends from the Dancing Gnome Run Club, who will not only bring out their runners, but also good vibes and holiday cheer.

The pleasure of Pittsburgh remains a well-kept secret. Though not built up by reputation, the city's unique combination of bridges, steep hills, and broad rivers make it one of the most naturally scenic cities in the country. Cheap food and beer abound in this true sports town and the locals are amazingly friendly. A city of about 303,000 (2021) in Allegheny County, at the center of a metro area of about 2.4 million in southwestern Pennsylvania, Pittsburgh is situated at the confluence of three rivers: the Monongahela and Allegheny Rivers, which meet to form the Ohio River. The city's unique terrain has resulted in an unusual city design and a hodge-podge of unique neighborhood "pockets" with diverse ethnic and architectural heritage. Pittsburgh has a rich history and, for its size, an unusual array of cultural treasures, largely thanks to the wealth that was generated when Pittsburgh was a hub of industry.
