About the Event

Experience the thrill of 29 Pines Ranch Race Weekend from August 28 to 30, 2026. Register online by this date for pre-race discounts and avoid last-minute fees. On-site registration will be available starting Monday, August 24th, with an increase in race fees. The final day of registration is Saturday, August 29th at 7 pm; all registrations must conclude no later than 6:30 am on Race Day.
Upon arrival, participants are required to pay a $15 per-person land-use fee via cash, Venmo, PayPal, or by adding it to your online registration. The race venue is located in Henderson, Texas (GPS coordinates: 32.351568,-94.673967).
Ranch gates open on Friday at 8 am for pre-ride and camping opportunities. Course marking begins early Saturday morning with continuous updates until completion by noon. Events include a Kids Cup hosted by TMBRA, a Junior Pre-Ride organized by the DFW Series Admin Team, and an Adult Full Course Group Pre-Ride also managed by the DFW Series team.
Race day kicks off at 7 am on Sunday for check-in and packet pickup. The course map is available online: adults can explore the full 6.9-mile route via this link—https://ridewithgps.com/routes/51938965—and juniors will tackle a shorter, 3.1-mile path at https://ridewithgps.com/routes/52169295.
Racing commences with Juniors Ages 1-10 and 11-12 starting at 8 am, followed by PROs and Cat 1 racers at 8:45 am. Awards ceremonies for juniors will be held around 9 am, while Cat 2 runners start their race at 10:30 am.
Cat 3 participants begin racing alongside Juniors Ages 13-14 at 11:30 am; awards are expected to follow shortly after noon and into the early afternoon. Cash payouts for top five finishers in Cat 1 classes, and swag items from Arundel Bicycle Company for top five placements in Cat 2 will be awarded.
A raffle with additional prizes awaits all Cat 3 participants. Accommodations nearby include hotels like La Quinta Inn & Suites, Days Inn, Holiday Inn Express & Suites, and Hampton Inn on the south side of Longview near I-20 and Estes Parkway—just a short drive from the ranch entrance.
Camping is permitted north of the main gate in designated fields. No electric or water hook-ups are available; generators are allowed with no showers provided onsite. Port-a-Potties and hand wash stations will be set up close to the start area, ensuring minimal disruption for racers throughout the weekend.
