Run, leap, and celebrate with us at Beaufort Executive Airport to kick off South Carolina Aviation Week! The Flying Frog 5K takes you down the runway on a fast, flat USATF-certified course—and this year, the fun doesn’t stop at the finish line…

Please note that registration for this event is NOT REFUNDABLE.

Packet pickup will be available at Beaufort Executive Airport on Friday, April 17, 2026, between 0900 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. Please note that T-shirts and sizes are not guaranteed for registrations after March 1, 2026.

Race Day registration/packet pick up: For runners that have not pre-registered, registration will be available on the day of the race from 7:00 a.m. - 7:30 a.m. for $40.00. Pre-registered runners may also pick up their packets at this time if they have not already done so. Race Day Registration / Packet Pick Up will close promptly at 7:45 am to ensure the race begins on-time.

Age Categories: under 12, 13-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70+

Medals & Trophies:
*Finisher Medals will be awarded to the top three male and female in each age division.
*There will be trophies for the top three male and female finishers overall.
*Awards are for in-person participants only and we will start the awards presentations PROMPTLY at 8:45am.

Medals will be awarded to every participant who completes the race.

Walkers and strollers are welcome.

T-shirts are included in advance registration (and as supplies last on race day registration).

About Ladys Island

Lady's Island is a predominantly residential Sea Island located in Beaufort County, South Carolina. Small portions of the island are within the City of Beaufort, while the majority of the island remains unincorporated. The South Carolina Highway 802, also known locally as Sams Point Road, serves as the principal highway for Lady's Island and provides the only access to Coosaw Island.
