Focus Africa Run for Aids

Beacon of Hope — Kajiado, Kenya:

• Programs are expanding to include grandmothers (the Mjali grandmothers' program), youth, and intern training
• Also reaching out into neighbouring communities

Mjali Grandmothers' Program — Direct Beneficiary of Registration Fees:

• Participant registration fees go entirely to support the Mjali grandmothers' program at Beacon of Hope
• These grandmothers are often the primary caregivers for orphaned grandchildren affected by HIV/AIDS
• Donations go to support the run event, with any excess also going to the Mjali grandmothers' program
