The Footstock 2026 will take place on Sunday, May 31, 2026, starting at 7:00 AM MDT in Cochrane, AB, Canada. The event features a Kids' Triathlon, Family Fun 3 km, 5 km, 10 km, 18 km Solo, and 18 km Corporate/Family Relay (3-member teams). Age groups are determined by age as of December 31, 2026.

All participants must follow event rules as provided by the organizer. A 15% registration fee reduction is applied when 5 or more participants are registered in one transaction. Registrations completed before midnight on Friday, May 8, 2026, guarantee race t‑shirts and swag; registrations after that date may not receive swag. The Kids' Triathlon is sold out.
Fundraising supports three organizations: Cochrane Activettes, Iyahrhe Nakoda Food Bank Society, and Helping Hands Society of Cochrane & Area. Participants can donate to individuals or teams during registration. Event sponsors include Garmin Cochrane, Barnett Orthodontics, Tim Hortons, Two Pharmacy, Sunset Ridge Dental, Cochrane Dairy Queen, and Great Things in Store.
Footstock 2026, presented by Garmin Cochrane, offers a range of distances from a family-friendly 3 km to an 18 km solo or relay challenge, plus a kids' triathlon, all set in Cochrane, Alberta, with post-race festivities including a pancake breakfast and community fundraising.
