Foster the Family 5K & Family Fun Day

About the Event

Foster the Family NJ is so excited to host our 5th annual 5K & Family Fun Day to connect the families we serve with the community at large for a morning of fun and fundraising! Foster the Family NJ exists to support foster, adoptive, and kinship families in South Jersey. Through Care Packages, Support Groups, Respite Child Care, Family Events and more, FTFNJ provides immediate support and holistic care to families impacted by the foster care system. 100% of your registration fee will be donated to Foster the Family NJ!

Schedule:

8:00 am - Packet Pick-Up & Race Day Registration Begins
9:00 am - 5K Race Begins / Family Fun Day Activities Open
9:10 am - 1 Mile Walk Begins
9:45 am - Awards Ceremony & Medals: Overall Top 3 (M/F), Under 18 Top 3 (M/F), 19-49 Top 3 (M/F), 50+ Top 3 (M/F)
10:00 am - Kids Fun Run Begins
10:40 am - Raffle Winners are announced
11:30 am - Family Fun Day Activities End

T-shirts are available to participants pre-registered by May 10th and then while supplies last

This event will take place rain or shine!

Fundraising Opportunities!

5K Participants: Raise $150 and you will receive a $35 credit
Walk Participants: Raise $125 and you will receive a $25 credit
Fun Run Participants: Raise $100 and you will receive a $10 credit

Raise more than $150 and receive 10 free raffle tickets!

When you register, you will be prompted to set up your fundraising page that can be shared on all social media platforms!
