One mile loop. 500 ft vertical gain per lap. 60 hours. The Froggy Mountain 100 returns to Galax, Virginia, starting Friday, June 19, 2026 at 6:00 AM. Choose 100 miles or 50 miles on one of the toughest courses in the country — a 1‑mile loop entirely on private property. Aid at the start/finish every loop, with hot food served throughout the entire event. Portable toilets, hot outdoor shower, limited tent and car camping available. Leashed pets allowed. Buckles presented to all finishers. Register by May 13 for buckle on race day (later registrants receive buckles by mail).

Course Details:

• 1‑mile loop course on private property (166 Old Quaker Rd, Galax, VA)
• Approximately 500 ft of vertical gain per loop — relentless climbing and descending
• Entirely on private land — no public trail issues, no permits, no outside interference
