FUSE Triathlon

FUSE is an urban triathlon that challenges participants to push their limits without the pressure of beating a clock. The goal here is simple: keep going for as long as you can. Participants move through three disciplines—swimming, cycling, and running—all within an energetic city setting.
The event begins with swimming laps in a pool, followed by stationary cycling on provided home trainers, and concludes with outdoor running loops. Each sport segment transitions into the next with mandatory break periods to reset before the intensity ramps up again.
FUSE introduces the concept of "Rising Effort," where each discipline is divided into escalating levels of difficulty. Swimmers start by validating a baseline time for 50 meters, which gradually decreases as they progress through more challenging stages. Cyclists face increasing resistance on their stationary bikes every minute, while runners must complete shorter distances in less and less time with each new level.
There are two tiers within FUSE: Race and Elite. Both follow the same rules but offer different intensity levels to accommodate newcomers looking for a measured start or seasoned athletes ready to dive straight into high-intensity challenges.
The event spans from 45 minutes to an hour and a half, allowing participants to see how far they can push themselves in this unique triathlon format. Whether you're curious about the sport or an experienced athlete, FUSE is designed for everyone who wants to measure their own limits against others in a vibrant atmosphere filled with cheering supporters.
Participants will be scored based on the number of levels completed and have the opportunity to return another day aiming to beat their previous times. No equipment is required except for swimwear and running shoes, making it an accessible event that anyone can join regardless of experience level.
