GCTR October Run

Join us for an exhilarating monthly trail run, courtesy of the Gold Coast City Council's Active & Healthy program. This October, runners will explore the technical and undulating trails of Nerang Forest, known as the spiritual home to many GC trail enthusiasts.
The event offers multiple start times to accommodate various schedules:
- 5:30 AM Start: Ideal for those seeking extra distance or needing to finish early due to other commitments. Participants will cover much of the Halloween Hustle course.

- 6:30 AM Start: A 60-75 minute loop designed for runners looking to enjoy a morning adventure in cooler temperatures.
For athletes aiming to build endurance ahead of upcoming events like the SEQ Trail Series, Blackall 100 or Ultra Trail Kosci, both options can be combined to achieve longer distances.
Registration is free and includes snacks provided by our team. By signing up, you help us ensure there's enough food for everyone.
The Nerang Forest trail run kicks off a series of scheduled events planned throughout the year:
- Friday, November 6: Northern Gold Coast Special (twilight)

- Sunday, December 6: Hellfire Pass (morning)
- Friday, December 18: The 12 Hills of Christmas in Currumbin (morning)
- Sunday, January 3: Mudgeeraba Run (morning)
- Tuesday, January 26: Goat Loop Guessing Game Nerang
- Sunday, February 7: Reedy Creek Trail Run
- Friday, March 5: Tallebudgera Challenge (morning)
- Sunday, April 11: Numinbah Forest Adventure (morning)
- Friday, May 7: The Spit Race (morning), ahead of Gold Coast's 30th anniversary celebrations
- Sunday, June 7: Southern Gold Coast Special
