About the Event

Experience the magic of Geelong's Eastern Park Circuit as it comes alive under the stars for the Geelong Light Night Glow Run on Saturday, August 14th, 2027. This family-friendly evening promises to be a dazzling display of creativity and community spirit.
Participants are invited to embrace their inner artist by dressing up in vibrant costumes adorned with glow sticks and neon colors. The event offers various distances to cater to all fitness levels: a challenging 7km run or walk, an accessible 4.6km option for those looking for something more relaxed, a shorter 2.3km route perfect for beginners, and even a special kids' race of 600m designed just for young runners.
The Eastern Park Circuit is transformed into a glowing wonderland with vibrant lighting effects and lively music that keeps the energy high throughout the event. Whether you're running solo or joining friends and family, the atmosphere is guaranteed to be electric as everyone comes together in celebration of fitness and fun.
In addition to the joyous experience on the course, participants can feel good about their contribution to a local charity. For every registration made for the 4km and 7km events, $5 will be donated by the event's major sponsor towards initiatives that support the community.
Join us as we light up the night in Geelong, creating unforgettable memories along the way.
Experience the glow of unity and excitement at this special evening run.
