Giant 5K and Sprout Route

The Giant 5K and Sprout Route returns to Le Sueur, Minnesota on August 1st as part of the city's annual Giant Days Celebration at Legion Park. The race offers a 5K for adults and a Sprout Route for younger runners.

Race day registration will open at Legion Park starting promptly at 7:30 am and close by noon on July 30th for early bird registrants. For race day sign-ups, participants can register from 7:30 to 8:45 am with a $30 fee per adult or $20 for those participating in the Sprout Route. Cash or check payments only are accepted.
Participants should arrive at Legion Park on August 1st by 6:45 am to collect their bibs and ensure they have identification, appropriate clothing layers given the anticipated temperature range of 17.2°C to 26.1°C, and any necessary gear for a safe race experience under high UV index conditions.
