On Saturday, 5 December 2026, Gossau's town centre will come alive with the spirit of Christmas as it transforms into an enchanting running route. The festive atmosphere is enhanced by beautifully decorated streets and lively holiday music, creating a magical backdrop for runners of all ages. Participants can expect to be cheered on by enthusiastic spectators along the way, adding warmth and excitement to their run. This event offers more than just a race; it's an opportunity to embrace the joyous spirit of the season while enjoying Gossau’s charming urban setting. A special highlight this year is the introduction of the 3 Generations Prize, which celebrates family unity in running. Three runners from the same family can compete across three different age categories: 1–4 years old, 7–10 years old, and 18–29 years old. Family members eligible for this prize include siblings, parents, grandparents, aunts, uncles, godparents, and more. To top it off, all participants will receive a finisher’s gift to commemorate their participation in this heartwarming event. This run promises an unforgettable experience that combines the thrill of competition with the warmth of community during the holiday season.
