2025 Grand Junction Fire Fighters Foundation GJ Turkey Trot

5K GJ Turkey Trot & Little Gobbler Kids Run - Join over 2,500 people that have made the GJ Turkey Trot part of their Thanksgiving tradition. Come out and run, jog or walk through over 3 miles of beautiful Downtown Grand Junction. This is a family event so load your kids in the stroller and bring them along.

Thanksgiving Morning - Thursday, November 27th, 2025

9:00  Little Gobbler Kids Run - A free kids fun run for children 8 and under. The kids will run 1 lap around the track and finish while being cheered on by the crowd. The run is free and every child will receive a small prize.

9:30  5K GJ Turkey Trot - A family event that winds through over 3 miles of beautiful downtown Grand Junction.  Come out to break a PR or just enjoy a walk with family and friends.  We welcome all ages and abilities so feel free to bring the strollers.

***City ordinance does not allow any animals, even leashed, at downtown events so please help us out and leave all furry family members at home***
