The event starts from the enchanting medieval village of Castiglione della Pescaia and ventures into the Maremma hills, offering a unique mix of Tyrrhenian Sea breezes and the silhouettes of the Tuscan uplands.

This road cycling event features routes that test endurance with the area's typical "muri" (steep climbs):
Granfondo (137 km, 1950m D+): the longest track with approximately 1600 m of elevation gain, technical and undulating.
Mediofondo (84 km, 1270m D+): a fast and panoramic route with about 1000 m of elevation gain.
Cicloturistica (59 km, 810m D+): an ecological ride dedicated to those who want to enjoy the landscape and local food and wine excellence.

Castiglione della Pescaia, is an ancient seaside town in the province of Grosseto, in Tuscany, central Italy. Situated in the Grossetan Maremma, the modern town grew around a medieval 12th century fortress and a large fishery, from which it acquired its designation.
