Experience the vibrant spirit of Enid, Oklahoma on Saturday, September 12, 2026, with the Wymer Brownlee and Koch Fertilizer-sponsored Great Land Run. This year's edition features races for all levels: a 5K, a 10K, and a half marathon, each offering unique challenges and scenic routes. The event kicks off at Red Bird Farm, located on US-81, where runners will find the bustling atmosphere of race day registration from 5:30 to 7:15 AM. The Half Marathon starts promptly at 6:30 AM, followed by the 5K and 10K races beginning at 7:30 AM. The course for both the 5K and 10K is predominantly flat with concrete paths that wind through Enid's picturesque landscapes. Meanwhile, the half marathon route offers a more varied terrain, combining sections of dirt trails and rolling hills to provide runners with an exhilarating challenge. Following the race, participants can look forward to a post-race celebration featuring delicious food and drinks at Red Bird Farm’s Red Barn. This is also where packet pick-up will take place on Friday evening from 5-7 PM or right before the start of the races in the morning. Pre-registration fees are $40 for the 5K, $45 for the 10K, and $65 for the half marathon. Early registrants can secure race shirts by August 15th; after this date, shirt availability is not guaranteed as they will be provided on a first-come, first-served basis. For those unable to attend in person, there's also an option for virtual participation that includes a bib and medal upon completion of the chosen distance at your convenience. Virtual race orders placed by August 15th are eligible for race shirts. The Great Land Run offers exciting team challenges where businesses or organizations can form teams with a minimum size of eight members to compete in both the 5K and 10K races, aiming for top participation rates and fastest average times across their group. All participants will receive custom-designed finisher medals upon crossing the line, while awards ceremonies await those who secure podium finishes in various age categories.
