The registration fee includes lift-served access, making it easier than ever to tackle the course. Cash prizes await in the Pro and Open categories—come ready to push your limits! Race day begins with racer check-in at 8am inside Katalima building. Check-in closes promptly by 9:15am. Timing will follow the same protocol as other MASS events, so be sure to pick up a timing chip during registration. For those who missed out on early sign-ups or prefer convenience, on-site registration is available Saturday and Sunday with an additional $10 fee. Register at Guest Services inside Katalima building for last-minute entries. Meet fellow racers at Visions Express Quad by 9:30am to get ready for the start of your race. Racers will be loaded onto lifts according to their category, starting from 9:40am onwards: - Pro and Open Men - Pro and Open Women - Amateur Women (19+) - 19-29 Men - 30-39 Men - 40-49 Men - 50+ Men - Under 15 Men - Under 15 Women - Under 19 Men Under 19 and Amateur Women will start at 9:50am, while other categories begin their descent at 9:40am. Please ensure you are on the lift by your scheduled time; delays may affect race timing. Spectators can enjoy a full day of chairlift access for just $20—a great way to watch from above or purchase SkyTour tickets if you wish to join in the fun on the mountain. Pre-ride opportunities will be available Friday, August 7th and Saturday, August 8th during park operations. Please exercise caution while riding; uphill traffic is prohibited outside of race days. Race day parking can be found at lot 2000 NYS Route 392 in Cortland, NY. Pit crews are limited to the main lot, with no unauthorized vehicles allowed on the mountain base for safety reasons. Mountain Top Bicycles will remain closed during the event; plan accordingly if you need rentals or repairs. Weather conditions won't deter this race—expect it to continue rain or shine. Thunderstorms may delay lift operations and course access but we'll resume when 20-30 minutes of clear weather present itself. On-site lodging options are available at Hope Lake Campground, with primitive camping also permitted on select dates. Book your stay online through the provided link for Friday or Saturday nights.
