Green Beret Jingle Jog - 15th Annual

About the Event

On December 5, 2026, runners of all levels are invited to the DirtBag Ales location at 5435 Corporation Drive in Hopemills, North Carolina for an energizing 5K or 10K race. The event offers a scenic course through local streets and features advanced check-in options at Fit4Life in Fayetteville on December 4 from 6:00 to 8:00 PM.
Race day registration begins early with packet pickup starting at 7:30 AM, just before the action kicks off. Participants can look forward to a spirited start time for the 10K race at 8:30 AM followed by the shorter yet equally challenging 5K run beginning promptly at 8:45 AM.
The course itself winds through vibrant neighborhoods and offers runners glimpses of charming local architecture, making it an engaging experience beyond just the physical challenge. Parking is available near DirtBag Ales with clear signage directing participants to designated areas due to limited on-site space.
Awards will be given for overall male and female winners as well as age group champions in categories ranging from 13 & under up through 70+. In addition, a virtual race option allows those unable to attend the physical event to participate remotely using popular apps like ItsYourRace or manually uploading their times online.
All proceeds support The Green Beret, an all-volunteer local non-profit organization dedicated to aiding Active Duty, Retired, Wounded and Veteran Special Forces members. Race day registration fees are $40 for 5K participants and $45 for the longer distance event.
Don't miss this opportunity to join a community of runners supporting a great cause while enjoying the festive atmosphere and scenic routes on December 5th!
