About the Event

Grinduro ITALY 2026
Grinduro is not a traditional race, but a shared ride among international riders, an opportunity to experience passion, adventure, and fun on breathtaking routes.
All types of bikes are welcome, including MTB, Gravel, road bikes, and e-bikes.
A good level of bike handling skills is required, as the routes include technical sections such as singletracks and challenging passages.
Grinduro is a return to the true reason we all ride bikes: to enjoy nature, meet people, and challenge ourselves.
It doesn’t matter what bike you ride or what you wear; you will feel part of what really matters: riding simply for the pleasure of it.
The event is registered with the Italian Cycling Federation.
Participation requires a daily membership card and a medical certificate for non-competitive sports activity.
This year, Grinduro will not be a competitive event: there will be no judges or timekeepers; each participant can measure their own limits through the Strava Grinduro Riding Club.
A day of riding, celebration, and personal challenge, immersed in the nature and beauty of the surrounding landscapes, where every participant can test themselves and push their limits.
Route and refreshment points

First loop: 60 km
Second loop: 40 km
Start: 09:00 | Expected finish: 17:00
Start and finish of both loops: Bike Hotel / Hotel Massa Vecchia

Refreshment points:

Midway through the two loops, there will be a lunch/refreshment stop to rest and refuel.
Along the route, there will also be stations to refresh and relax, enjoying the Maremma and its breathtaking scenery.
