Teams can run together or split into smaller groups, enjoying the freedom to complete laps at their own pace over 24 hours. The event fosters camaraderie and support among participants as they camp beside the Northumberland coast, creating an incredible community atmosphere throughout the weekend.

In addition to Heart Break Lake, the event features HSR Hybrid—a fast-paced combination of running and functional fitness movements—offering both solo and paired categories. The expanded wellness space at Heart & Soul Fest includes a packed programme of yoga, Pilates, guided meditation, breathwork sessions, group ice baths, saunas, recovery and mobility sessions, talks, workshops, and more. About Druridge Bay Country Park

Druridge Bay Country Park is adjacent to Druridge Bay between Amble and Cresswell, on the coastline of Northumberland, England. The country park was opened officially in 1989, but works had been ongoing since the 1970s to remediate the site after opencast coaling operations. The park is accessible by vehicle from the A1068 road, and is located on the England Coast Path. Public transport can be taken near to the park's closest village, which involves a 15-minute walk to get to the park.
