Hoffnungsroute rund um Sömmerda 2027

Run4Kids Sömmerda, organized by Run4Kids Sömmerda e.V., invites participants to join on March 6, 2027, at their venue located at Weißenseer Straße 56, 99610 Sömmerda. Registration opens on August 1, 2026, and closes on January 15, 2027.
The event offers two main routes: an 8-kilometer route for children aged 6 to 15 (born in 2021 or earlier) who must be accompanied by a guardian. Guardians are required to register alongside the child. The second option is also an 8-kilometer route and a longer, more challenging 25-kilometer course available to participants aged 16 and older.
Participants can expect well-marked routes with three refreshment stations along the way offering water, tea, fruit, sandwiches, baked goods, and energy bars. Upon crossing the finish line, all runners will receive a commemorative medal. The event is medically supported for added safety.
For registration fees, individuals participating in either of the 8-kilometer races pay €35, while children on the special route incur an additional €10 per child with their first guardian paying €25 and subsequent guardians adding another €25 each. Payment must be made via SEPA direct debit through race result AG or PayPal.
In addition to enjoying a scenic run, participants can contribute to local youth projects by suggesting organizations during registration that will benefit from the event's proceeds once all applications are reviewed post-registration deadline.
Parking is available across Weißenseer Straße for those attending. The Run4Kids Sömmerda promises an engaging and supportive atmosphere where both young runners and adults alike can enjoy a fun-filled day of exercise, community support, and charitable contribution.
