Hokey Cokey Swimrun 2026 - Gribbin Head

Two course options cater to all levels: experienced athletes can tackle the longer route, while newcomers have an equally exciting shorter option available. The Long Course spans 22.6 kilometers in total, featuring approximately 17.9 kilometers of running and 4.7 kilometers of open-water swimming across thirteen stages. For those looking for a more manageable challenge, the Short Course covers around 7.1 kilometers of running and 3.2 kilometers of sea swimming over seven stages.
Participants can choose to compete individually or form pairs for the longer distance race, making it an ideal event for friends seeking a shared adventure on land and water. The course weaves through coastal paths, sandy beaches, gravel trails, and stretches of tarmac, all while wearing wetsuits for both running and swimming segments.
