Homecoming Hustle 5K Run/Walk 2026

The City of Everett is excited to host the annual Homecoming Hustle 5K Run/Walk on October 10, 2026. This beloved community event celebrates Homecoming Weekend and honors Mrs. Janet (Connolly) O’Neill, a cherished figure in Everett’s educational landscape who dedicated her life to nurturing the city's youth.
Participants will gather at the Everett Recreation Center located at 47 Elm Street for an early morning start at 8:30 AM. The race route winds through picturesque neighborhoods and scenic parks of Everett, offering runners and walkers alike a chance to experience the vibrant energy that defines this historic New England town during its Homecoming festivities.
This year’s event is more than just a run; it's a celebration of community spirit and dedication to health initiatives in Everett. All proceeds from the race will be donated to the Massachusetts Women’s Breast and Cervical Care Program at Cambridge Health Alliance (CHA) Hospital, providing vital support for women in need of crucial medical services.
The first 120 registrants can look forward to receiving a complimentary t-shirt as part of their entry package. This year's edition promises an unforgettable day filled with camaraderie, physical activity, and meaningful contributions towards making Everett a healthier community.
