INCLUDEnyc 5K for Love, Equity and Access 2026

On September 27, 2026, the INCLUDEnyc 5K for Love, Equity and Access invites runners to gather at Flushing Meadows Corona Park in Queens, New York. This annual run takes place rain or shine, starting promptly at 10AM.
The event is designed as a community-driven initiative that supports young people with disabilities in NYC by raising awareness and funds. Participants can choose to walk, roll, or run alongside others who share the goal of creating an inclusive society where every child feels seen, heard, and supported.
INCLUDEnyc provides essential resources, advocacy, and education for both children with disabilities and their caregivers, fostering a supportive environment that empowers them to thrive in all aspects of life. By participating in this event, individuals contribute directly to these efforts, making a tangible difference through each step taken on the course.
All registrants receive a commemorative shirt and a finisher medal upon completion of the 5K route within Flushing Meadows Corona Park. The park's lush greenery and diverse landscape offer scenic views as participants move along the well-marked path.
