WE ARE CELEBRATING OUR 20TH ANNIVERSARY THIS YEAR!

We are in need of volunteers to support our athletes! Priority #1 is bike course marshals to close our roads for their safety. We could use more hands for race day packet pick up and the beach water station, located at miles 1, 2 and finish line, where you will see all the action! Come out and join us for a fun and meaningful race day helping others in need, where 100 percent of our proceeds go to charity. Same flat, fast and super spectator friendly course: 1/4 mile ocean swim-12 mile bike ride on closed streets through Avalon-5k beach run! You can pick up your packet at at your convenience either Friday, June 26th from 5-7pm or race day, June 27th from 5:30-6:45am inside Avalon Community Hall 3001 Avalon Avenue, Avalon, NJ 08202
