The Coastal Gravel Odyssey is set for May 3, 2026, and early bird registration ends on December 8, 2025. The first 50 registrants will receive a limited-edition 2026 Coastal Gravel Odyssey Bike Jersey—a $75 value! This bonus incentive ensures you'll be ready for the ride in official gear.
The Ride: A Mix of Terrain and Triumph
Our routes are designed to offer an all-encompassing gravel experience, with a blend of smooth tarmac, rugged dirt paths, and even singletrack sections. You can expect between 45% to 75% unpaved terrain, clearly marked by arrow signs at every intersection.
Tech Savvy or Traditionalist?
For those who prefer technology over traditional signage, we offer free access to our RideWithGPS event account. Download FIT and GPX files for your route, along with visual and audio cues that will guide you through each pedal stroke.
Ride Your Way—Enduro Style
This isn't just a race; it's an adventure. Compete by recording the fastest combined time on timed segments rather than total ride time. Clear signage marks the Approach, Start, and End of each Strava segment, allowing you to strategize when to push hard or enjoy the scenery.
Stay Fueled and Soaked in Adventure
Stocked aid stations will keep you energized throughout your journey. With every 20-30 miles, you'll find a well-stocked station featuring GU Gels & Chews, hydration mix, water, Coke, granola bars, Swedish Fish, and even hot pancakes with maple syrup at Station 1.
Comfortable Amenities
Each aid station will offer toilets and hand sanitizer for your convenience. Restrooms are available every few miles to ensure you can manage any needs during the ride.

Flexible Options
If plans change, we offer flexible transfers or deferrals to other events in the Eastern Gravel Series. Deferral requests must be made at least 14 days before the event and come with a $20 processing fee.
Strava Integration
We're using Strava segments built into our RideWithGPS account for timing purposes. Ensure you have a free RideWithGPS account, fill out your profile details, set your ride settings to public, and use RideWithGPS or autosync from your bike computer app to record your ride accurately.
Aid Stations
Every 20-30 miles will be fully stocked with GU Gels & Chews, Skrach Hydration, water, Coke, granola bars, Swedish Fish, pickle juice, and more. Station 1 features fresh hot pancakes with maple syrup.
Individual Age Group Awards
Winners in the Women's and Men's fields will receive certificates emailed post-event based on combined time across all race segments within your category. Categories include:
