Inside Out Club Fall Family 5K

Join us at the Inside Out Club's annual family-friendly run, where every step contributes to empowering young people and fostering community growth. This event is designed not just for athletes but also for families looking to make a difference together. Participants can choose from individual registration or joining Team Inside Out Club, which welcomes both existing teams of four or more members as well as those forming new groups.
The race caters to all ages, with kids aged 4 and up encouraged to take part alongside their parents, grandparents, uncles, aunts, cousins, friends, classmates, and coworkers. Littles in strollers are also warmly invited to be a part of the festivities, ensuring that everyone can participate regardless of age or ability.
After crossing the finish line, families will have the opportunity to engage in a free kids fun run, complete with prize bags for our youngest supporters. This event is not just about running; it's an experience filled with joy and community spirit, aimed at teaching youth kindness, empathy, resilience, and social confidence while also helping teens develop critical life skills through middle and high school programs.
Inside Out Club places a strong emphasis on mental well-being and environmental responsibility. To support these values, race shirts are guaranteed only to those who register by September 13th.
