Join the Jimmy John's Freaky Fast 5K presented by Sullivan Bank on Saturday, October 24, 2026, and be part of an energizing day dedicated to supporting veterans. This year’s race proceeds will benefit Veterans Way Community in Union Missouri.
Race participants can expect a professionally timed event with live online results throughout the run. The festivities kick off at 8:00 AM with packet pickup and same-day registration. At 9:30 AM, runners of all levels gather to start the fast-paced 5K journey through scenic routes that highlight Union’s vibrant community.
Following the race, stick around for a high-energy post-race celebration complete with an MC leading festivities, music, bounce houses for kids, and plenty of Jimmy John's sandwiches and drinks. Awards are presented to overall male and female champions as well as top two finishers in each age group: Under 20, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70-79, and those aged 80 and over.
