Kasseler Frauenlauf 2026

Join us on the sunny weekend of September 1, 2026, for an uplifting and inclusive run-walk event at Buchenau-Kampfbahn Sportplatz in Kassel-Wehlheiden. This beloved community gathering is not just a race but a day filled with camaraderie, fun activities, and support for a great cause.
The organizers invite women of all ages to participate on September 6th from 9:00 AM until around 2:00 PM. The event features various distances suitable for everyone, including the charming Bambini race (400m), kids' run (800m) in the stadium, a 5km walk and run, a 10km walk and run, as well as an easy-going 2.5 km stroll through Park Schönfeld.
Participants can register online until September 5th at 10:00 PM or on-site before their respective start times. Online registration is highly recommended to ease the logistics for our team led by Honorary Sponsor Mayor Nicole Maisch.
The event promises a warm and welcoming atmosphere with music, food stalls, and refreshments available throughout the day. Don't miss out on the chance to win exciting prizes in the raffle draw or enjoy quality time at the children's care area while you participate in your chosen distance.
Each runner will receive an official certificate upon completion of their event, marking a memorable achievement that also contributes positively towards our fundraising goals for this year. The entry fees and additional proceeds from food sales and the raffle go directly to supporting local community initiatives.
