The Club Championship race is set to take place on Tuesday, September 1st at the picturesque Lindeskov Bakken. The starting and finishing line will be located atop this scenic hilltop, offering runners breathtaking views as they cross the finish.
Registration for start numbers begins at Dømmestrup Community Center from 5:15 PM onwards. Participants can look forward to a unique twist in race format with only two categories—men’s and women's divisions—where all cyclists will complete two laps around the course, totaling approximately 22 kilometers.
This year introduces an age-adjustment system designed to level the playing field for participants of different generations: riders aged 0-43 receive no time adjustment; those between 44-53 get a reduction of 22 seconds in total race times; from 54-63, it’s a 44-second deduction; ages 64-68 will have a one-minute and six-second discount applied to their final results; while riders aged 69 or older receive an impressive two minutes and twenty-eight seconds off their overall time.
After the race concludes around 6:00 PM, prizes will be awarded at Skullerodsholm. Weather permitting, there’ll also be a barbecue with refreshments for all competitors to enjoy as part of the celebratory atmosphere following the event.
The route follows familiar terrain from previous races held here, weaving through scenic landscapes that challenge racers both physically and mentally. Cyclists are reminded to wear helmets at all times during the race and adhere strictly to traffic regulations while on public roads.

The event organizers are particularly hoping for a strong showing from women competitors this season.
