KEEP MOVING STOUFFVILLE

Join us for the Stouffville Introduction Series, where movement meets community! Designed as an inclusive platform to overcome fears and embrace new activities, our series welcomes everyone regardless of their current fitness level. Spanning two sessions over consecutive mornings, participants will explore a diverse range of introductory classes tailored specifically for beginners.
On Day One, early birds can start their journey at 7:00 AM with check-in registration followed by open announcements at 7:45 AM. The morning kicks off with dynamic workouts from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM, encompassing running, cycling, HIROX training, functional strength exercises, and yoga sessions designed to build confidence and challenge participants in a supportive environment.
Day Two welcomes late risers starting at 9:30 AM for check-in registration. Open announcements are scheduled for 10:15 AM leading into the afternoon’s workouts from 10:30 AM until 12:30 PM, offering a similar mix of activities to continue your exploration.
Participants should bring their own running shoes, water bottles, and towels as these will be essential during each session. Importantly, this event is rain or shine, ensuring that no weather can dampen the spirit of community and fitness.
