Kicking PancreAS™ 5K - London, ON

Experience the charm of autumn as Kicking PancreAS™ 5K returns to London, Ontario on November 21, 2026. This vibrant race is set amidst Springbank Gardens, offering participants a picturesque setting for their run or walk. The event kicks off at 4:00 PM with check-in starting from 3:00 PM.
Race day will see temperatures ranging between a cool low of 1.6°C and a high of 8.2°C under overcast skies. Humidity levels are steady, making the air slightly chilly but comfortable for an early autumn run. Average winds blowing at about 15 km/h add to the brisk feel.
Kicking PancreAS™ has been a cornerstone in London's community since its inception, focusing on raising funds and awareness for pancreatic cancer research. In 2025 alone, it welcomed over 260 participants who collectively surpassed fundraising goals, underscoring its significance to locals. This year, organizers aim even higher with hopes of engaging more than 265 individuals and raising over $47,000.
The course is a well-marked 5K suitable for all levels and abilities, including both adult and youth participants. Scenic views within Springbank Gardens provide a pleasant experience despite the cooler temperatures. A special highlight this year is the encouragement of night-time glow-in-the-dark gear, adding an extra layer of fun to the event.

The start location is Springbank Gardens near Wonderland Rd., and participants must be aged 14 years and older to participate in the event. First-timers are encouraged to review the course map, prepare appropriate attire for cooler conditions, and pack glow-in-the-dark accessories if desired.
