La Color Run des Cramp'O Nez

Ladies and gentlemen, we are thrilled to announce the third edition of the Color Run, organized by our beloved rugby team, Cramp'O Nez. Join us on September 6, 2026, at Saint-Denis-lès-Bourg for a vibrant celebration that welcomes runners of all ages and skill levels.
The event offers four distinct courses tailored to every participant:
- A challenging 12 km route for seasoned athletes
- An accessible 6 km course for those looking for an engaging run
- A leisurely 6 km walk for participants who prefer to enjoy the scenery at their own pace
- A fun-filled 1000 m dash designed especially for children
Prepare yourself for a day filled with zones of color, lively music, and a warm atmosphere. The event promises surprises around every corner, making it an unforgettable experience.
Participants should arrive one hour before their respective start times to collect their race kits:
- For the 12 km runners: Departure at 10:00 AM
- For walkers on the 6 km course: Start time is set for 10:20 AM
- The second 6 km run kicks off at 11:00 AM
- And finally, a special children's event begins at 12:15 PM
Please note that all participants over the age of 18 must present an Attestation de Parcours de Prévention Santé (PPS) to validate their registration. This document can be downloaded from https://pps.athle.fr.
For minors, a declaration on honor is required and should be included with your application form.
The vibrant powder used during the event typically washes out of clothing without staining. However, it’s advisable for those wearing synthetic materials to check after washing as traces might remain in some cases. On skin or hair, simply rinse thoroughly with water, soap, and shampoo to remove any residue.
