Participants can choose between a 15 km run that kicks off at 5:45 PM or a more relaxed 10.5 km option starting half an hour earlier at 5:30 PM. For those who prefer walking, there's also an 8.5 km route beginning simultaneously with the shorter running course. Entry fees vary depending on your chosen distance; runners tackling either of the longer routes will pay €12 and €8 respectively, while walkers opt for a more affordable €5 entry fee. All participants receive a complimentary gift upon crossing the finish line, complemented by refreshments at the end point to help replenish energy. The race organizers encourage sustainability with an eco-friendly approach: bring your own reusable cup or use one of their provided alternatives as no single-use cups will be available on site. Additionally, all runners are required to carry a headlamp for safety during evening hours when visibility may diminish. Competitors can look forward to a lively atmosphere at the start and finish line located in the heart of Estrées les Crécy's village square.
