La RUN'BARBE

On Sunday, August 30, 2026, Cantin will host the LA RUN BARBE race as part of its Rhubarb Festival. Organized by the local festival committee and supported by AS Sin-le-Noble, this event offers a unique blend of community spirit and athletic competition.
The main attraction is a scenic 10km run that welcomes participants aged 2010 and older for just €10. The race starts at 10:00 AM from the town hall square, winding through picturesque streets lined with rhubarb patches and local gardens. Runners will experience Cantin's charming landscape as they navigate gentle hills and flat stretches.
For those who prefer a shorter distance or are looking for an introduction to running, there is also a 5km race designed for participants aged 2012 and older at just €5. Like the longer course, this route offers runners stunning views of Cantin's vibrant community during its annual celebration.
In addition to these adult races, children from age six onwards can participate in an exciting 900-meter run starting at 11:30 AM. This free event encourages young athletes to explore their passion for running and enjoy a fun-filled day with friends and family. Parents can register their kids on-site or through the town hall.
