Goodview Gallop 2026

The 46th Annual Goodview Gallop, set for Saturday, August 22, 2026, is a powerful community gathering aimed at raising awareness and funds to combat domestic violence. This event combines the spirit of health and wellness with a meaningful cause, inviting participants from all walks of life to come together in support.
The main attraction is the 5K race, which kicks off at 8:15 AM sharp, offering runners and walkers an opportunity to contribute positively while enjoying the scenic routes around Goodview. The course winds through picturesque neighborhoods and parks, providing a beautiful backdrop for this heartwarming event. Participants can look forward to chip timing and scoring by MTEC Results/Championchipmn., ensuring accurate results that will be available on their website shortly after the race concludes.
For those who wish to participate but prefer shorter distances, there's also a 1K fun run starting at 8:00 AM. Both races emphasize inclusivity and community engagement, allowing runners of all ages and abilities to join in the spirit of unity and support.
Registration for both events is open online until August 20th at 6 PM, with no race day registration available for the 5K event. Early registrants can secure their t-shirts by registering before September 7th at 9 AM. Family or group discounts are also offered to those who register together as a team of five or more individuals.
The Goodview Gallop is committed to raising funds through this annual run, with proceeds going directly to The Madeline Kingsbury Foundation for Domestic Abuse, ensuring that every step taken contributes to making a positive impact in the community. Participants can pick up their race packets on Thursday, August 20th from 7:30 AM to 6 PM at Dale Evans Pavilion or opt for Race Day Packet Pick-Up between 7:00 and 7:45 AM.

In previous years, impressive performances have set new benchmarks with Mike Walentiny achieving 16:22 minutes in the men's division and Sonja Semling securing first place among women at 18:52.
