Lake to Ocean 100K

The Lake to Ocean 100K takes place on Saturday, 30 May 2026 at 6:00 AM from 700 Canal Point, Port Mayaca, Florida. This point-to-point 100K race runs from the NENA trailhead in Port Mayaca to the iconic Hobe Sound beach on mostly single track remote trail. In 2023, Outside Online voted the Lake to Ocean trail as one of the top 10 most beautiful trails in the WORLD. Registration is currently full with no waitlist. Registration closes on Monday, 25 May 2026 at 11:59 PM ET.

The ecosystems on this beautiful trail change constantly. Runners travel through ancient sand dunes with scrub oak and sand pine, pine flat woods, palmetto, palm and oak hammocks, cypress domes, and wet prairies. Wildlife commonly seen includes deer, alligators, otters, owls, snakes, bobcats, coyotes, and various Florida wading birds.

You MUST have a crew for this race. If you are flying in from out of town and do not have a crew, the race organizers will do their best to recruit a crew for you. Crew stops are located at miles 15, 22, 31, 37, and 48.
