Come out for a day of fun with our 5k family fun run and walk. Meet Flip the frog, our mascot, and have a great morning with friends and family. Stay for the after party with fun music. All proceeds go to Landon's Legacy which was started in memory of our son, Landon. He had a big heart and we are keeping his love for others going by offering financial assistance to students enrolled in the Leavenworth USD 453 school district.
All participants will receive a Landon's Legacy "Be the Light" 5K t-shirt and finishers will receive a unique medal. The race begins and ends at Cody Park where Landon grew up playing. Parking is free and easily accessible. There are also pickle ball and basketball courts if you want to keep the adventure going after the 5k.
Register by April 10th to be guaranteed a t-shirt.

Leavenworth, the "First City in Kansas", established in 1854, is located on the west banks of the Missouri River and became nationally known as the "jumping off point" for the opening of the West. Buffalo Bill Cody spent part of his youth here and later worked in the area as a Pony Express rider and Army scout. Cody's parents are buried in Leavenworth.
