Le Gouruntrail

Welcome to the inaugural edition of Le Gouruntrail (GRT), an exciting trail running series that takes runners through the scenic landscapes around Gourin. The race offers three distances: 10km, 17km, and a challenging 26km course.
The event kicks off at 8:30 AM with the GTD 26km circuit, which winds through varied terrain surrounding Gourin. This competitive trail is both classified and timed, making it suitable for runners aged 15 or older (born in or after 2006). Following closely behind are two additional courses tailored to younger athletes: a 17km run starting at 9:00 AM designed for juniors born from 2008 onwards; and a shorter, family-friendly 10km route beginning at 9:30 AM open to cadets (born in or after 2010) with parental consent.
Participants must obtain the Parcours Prévention Santé (PPS) certificate online through https://pps.athle.fr/ for all adult races, or present a valid FFA license if they have one. While registration is available on-site during race day, it's recommended to secure your spot in advance to avoid disappointment.
Upon crossing the finish line, runners can look forward to receiving personalized Kinetik socks as part of their entry fee, limited exclusively to the first 150 registrants for both the 26km and 17km races. Additional pairs are available for purchase on a first-come, first-served basis.
Rewards include medals for the top three male and female finishers across all distances, as well as age group awards specific to each race category. The GRT 10km offers prizes for cadets, juniors, seniors, masters, and both genders; while the 17km course honors junior, senior, master categories along with gender distinctions.
A post-race celebration awaits at the finish line area where a refreshment stand and light snacks will be available to help you recover. Entry fees range from €20 for pre-registration online (€22 on race day) for the 26km event; €17 for early sign-ups via Klikego (€19 on-site) for the intermediate distance; and a more affordable €11 for those who register ahead of time for the shorter route (€13 at registration).
