Legacy Run 5k

On October 24, 2026, the second annual KD x MIM Legacy Run 5K will take place at Silver Springs State Park in Ocala. Organized by Kut Different and MIM Run Club, this community-driven event aims to promote health, unity, and purpose through running.
Participants can choose between an Adult 5K race for runners aged 13 and older or a Kids Fun Run designed specifically for younger athletes. Registration fees vary: Early Bird ($35), Regular ($40), Late Entry ($45), Day-of Event ($50) and the Kids Fun Run costs $15.
Race day includes an official event shirt, post-race refreshments like snacks and drinks, bounce houses for children, as well as medals and awards for top finishers. The atmosphere is vibrant with a strong sense of community support that makes every mile feel significant.
The proceeds from this run will go towards the construction of the Kut Different Community Learning Center, which aims to provide mentorship programs, afterschool activities, and resources for young men and families in Marion County. This event brings together two Ocala-based initiatives under one banner at Silver Springs State Park on East Silver Springs Boulevard.
