Les bosses de Lanvaux

Les Bosses de Lanvaux, organized by the Foulées Pluvignoises, is an exciting race series that caters to trail runners and Nordic walkers alike. The event features two distinct trails along with a course nature option for those who prefer shorter distances or wish to explore on foot rather than run.
The 24-kilometer trail offers a challenging route with 430 meters of elevation gain, while the 12-kilometer course nature and Nordic walking routes share similar terrain but cover half the distance at 240 meters of ascent. All three events start from Kozh Kastell Hall in Bieuzy-Lanvaux, Pluvigner—a location that differs slightly from previous years' starting points.
Participants are encouraged to arrive by carpooling due to limited parking space and for environmental reasons. It's important to note that the race course has been updated since 2024, traversing private paths not previously included in earlier editions of Les Bosses de Lanvaux.
The event kicks off at 9:00 AM with a staggered start format; the longer trail begins first followed by shorter courses shortly after. For those joining on race day, an additional €2 fee applies for late registration. Online sign-ups are available through KLIKEGO until September 19, 2026, at 2 PM.
To ensure entry into Les Bosses de Lanvaux, participants must provide a pass of preventive health (PPS) as part of their application process. Winners in each category will receive awards for the top three finishers based on overall time and additional prizes through random draw post-race.
