The Mini-poussinettes (born in 2019/2020) and Mini-poussinets (also born in 2019/2020) start their runs at 3:30 PM, followed by the Poussinettes (born in 2018) and Poussinets (born in 2018), who begin a few minutes later. The day continues with races for older children such as Poussines (born in 2016/2017) at 4:30 PM, followed by the Poussins (also born in 2016/2017) starting their race at 5:00 PM. The Circuit des bambins for children aged two to six years old runs from 5:15 PM. For adults looking to enjoy a leisurely run or walk, there are family-friendly options available throughout the day. A 5.5km scenic route known as "Promenade avec Domities" and a 10km marche active event both begin at 2:00 PM on Saturday. The marche active is designed for those who prefer to move at a more relaxed pace while still enjoying the outdoors. On Sunday, March 21st, the main events take place with two key races starting from Colleville-sur-Mer and Grandcamp-Maisy respectively. At 8:15 AM, participants can join in the semi-marathon "Alain Buchart," which covers a distance of 21km and finishes at Henry Jeanne Stadium in Bayeux. Later that morning, the Marathon des Heros starts at 9:15 AM with runners covering an impressive full marathon distance from Grandcamp-Maisy to the finish line. Both the semi-marathon and marathon events are FFA (French Athletics Federation) certified, making them qualifiers for French national championships. Additionally, a 5km race is scheduled alongside these longer runs on Sunday morning at Henry Jeanne Stadium.
