The main event is a challenging 20-kilometer route that departs from Collège Sainte-Emilie at 8:30 AM. This course winds through verdant landscapes, weaving between orchards and woodlands before returning to the heart of Candé for an exhilarating finish line experience. Participants can also choose the intermediate 13-kilometer option, which begins just one hour later at 9:30 AM. This route offers a balance of paved paths and dirt trails, providing runners with diverse scenery as they navigate through the area.
For those seeking a shorter adventure, there's a family-friendly 7.5-kilometer course that starts promptly at 9:45 AM. Designed to cater to all levels of fitness, this path includes sections suitable for beginners while still offering glimpses into some of the region’s most picturesque spots.
In addition to these adult races, Les Foulees des Vergers also features courses specifically tailored for young runners. Three different distances—1 kilometer, 3 kilometers, and 4 kilometers—are available to encourage kids aged between 5-12 years old to explore running in a safe and fun environment.
