Join us on Sunday, October 11, 2026, for the third edition of Les Foulées du Plateau at Lannemezan’s picturesque Center Hospital, Demi-Lune park, and hippodrome. This event is more than just a race; it's an opportunity to promote mental health awareness in a vibrant setting. Les Foulées du Plateau aligns with the Mental Health Awareness Week, aiming to destigmatize conversations about mental well-being through community engagement and physical activity. The day promises a mix of competitive spirit and heartwarming camaraderie, all while supporting a meaningful cause. Participants can choose from three running distances—5 km, 10 km, or 15 km—or opt for the leisurely 5 km walk. Each route showcases the serene beauty of Lannemezan’s green spaces, offering runners and walkers alike an uplifting experience amidst nature's embrace. The event village will be alive with energy, featuring health stands, passionate professionals, and plenty of smiles. Early arrivals can collect their bibs from 8:15 AM onwards, ensuring a smooth start to the day's activities. Whether you're a casual runner looking for some exercise or someone eager to support mental health initiatives, there is something here that will resonate with your interests and values. Come prepared to breathe fresh air, connect with others, and contribute positively to breaking down barriers around mental wellness. See you at Les Foulées du Plateau!
