Les foulées Réguinoises

Experience the natural beauty of Foulées Réguinoises as you participate in its 36th Circuit Nature race. The day begins with children's races starting at 14:00, including Baby Athlétisme (2020 and after) over a 100-meter course, Éveil Athlétisme (2017/2019) covering 700 meters, U12 Pupils born in 2015/2016 running the one-kilometer distance, and U14 Minors from 2013/2014 tackling a two-kilometer challenge. For those seeking an alternative experience, there's a new 7-kilometer walk without timing fees of €5 on site.
The main event features nature runs for all categories with timed competitions. The 7-kilometer race is open to participants born before 2010 and costs €9/€11 when signed up at the venue, starting at 15:00. For those looking for a longer challenge, the 14-kilometer route will run from 16:15 with entry fees of €11/€13 on site.
Ensure you have your FFA (Fédération Française d'Athlétisme), Athlé Compétition, Athlé Entreprise, or Athlé Running license for the day. Alternatively, a PPS membership is valid and can be obtained at https://pps.athle.fr/. Non-licensed participants are encouraged to sign up with these documents; failure to present them will result in refusal of entry.
