For those seeking camaraderie and motivation, LPS is hosting a group run on September 5 at Runner’s Soul starting at 9:00 a.m., where participants can join off-duty officers for some community spirit. For the ambitious runners looking to push their limits, there's an option to complete all three distances—a total of 36.2 kilometers—to earn bragging rights and celebrate your achievement with fellow runners during our wrap-up celebration on September 19 at Elk’s Compound from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Participants who register by the early bird deadline, September 1, will receive an exclusive “Under Construction” event T-shirt as part of their registration fee of $30. The wrap-up celebration promises a family-friendly atmosphere with activities such as bib pick-ups, random prize draws for race participants, and a charity pancake breakfast hosted by Firefighters Charities. Every participant receives a race bib that enters them into the draw for prizes, adding an extra layer of excitement to your run.
