Set against the backdrop of Rhyl, a charming seaside town along North Wales' picturesque coast, this annual running event offers runners an opportunity to tackle two distinct distances: a flat and fast 5 mile course and its longer counterpart, the equally swift 10 mile race. Known for hosting prestigious championships such as the North Wales Championships and Inter Counties Series events, Rhyl has established itself as one of the UK's premier venues for competitive road running.

- Start Time: 10am
- Registration Opens: 8am near the start/finish area
Participants will receive a race number with embedded timing chip at Race HQ. The interactive route maps, available online, provide detailed guidance for both distances, ensuring runners are well-prepared before hitting the pavement.
Hydration is key on race day, and water stations are strategically placed approximately every three miles along each course, as well as at the finish line. Runners are encouraged to bring their own bottles if they require more frequent hydration during the run.
Toilets are conveniently located near the start/finish area for pre-race preparations or post-run recovery needs. There is ample free parking right next to the promenade where runners can store belongings and stay dry in case of wet weather conditions.
The event features comprehensive medical support, with first aid stations positioned at key points throughout the course and at the finish line. All participants are required to complete their medical history information on the back of their race number for safety purposes.
Upon crossing the finish line, runners will receive a custom technical T-shirt and a unique medal commemorating their achievement. Awards will be given out to male and female first-, second-, and third-place overall winners, as well as top performers in each age category.
Race day merchandise is available from 8am for those looking to purchase souvenirs or items they ordered online ahead of time. The event also offers a range of race-specific apparel such as hoodies that can be collected at the merchandise tent before or after completing your run.
While there are no road closures, runners will enjoy mostly path and promenade running with clear signage throughout, ensuring an enjoyable experience for all participants. Spectators can cheer on their loved ones from designated viewing areas along popular sections of both routes.
