Level The Field 5K

Lace up. Get moving. Break down barriers. The inaugural Level The Field 5K kicks off on Sunday, June 14, 2026, starting at the Central Huron Community Complex in Clinton, Ontario. This family‑fun run is the official launch of All‑Access Athletics — a non‑profit organization dedicated to removing financial barriers so every child has the chance to play. Proceeds directly fund subsidized youth sport registration fees for fall 2026. Plus, bring your gently used sports equipment for the on‑site equipment drive.

Location & Venue:

• Central Huron Community Complex, 239 Bill Fleming Dr, Clinton, Ontario (Huron County, 30 minutes north of London)
• Start and finish at the complex — indoor facilities for changing, washrooms, and post‑race gathering
• Course on local roads and pathways (likely flat, accessible for strollers and wheelchairs — contact organizers to confirm)

The Mission — Breaking Financial Barriers:

• All‑Access Athletics was founded to address the rising cost of youth sports in Canada
• Registration fees for many sports can exceed $500‑$1,000 per child per season, excluding equipment and travel
• This event directly subsidizes registration fees for local children who otherwise could not afford to play
• Goal: CA$3,000 — currently raised CA$1,908 (64% of goal)
• All extra donations beyond registration fees go toward purchasing new sports equipment for young athletes in the community

What's Included:

• Race bib with chip timing (if timed — check event page)
• Finisher medal for every participant who crosses the line

Equipment Drive — Bring Your Gently Used Sports Gear:

• Basketball shoes, volleyball knee pads
• Running shoes, athletic clothing
• Any sport equipment in usable condition
• All donated equipment will be redistributed to local families who cannot afford new gear

Logistics:

• Online registration closes the day before the event (June 13).
• Walk‑up registration available on race day from 7:00–8:30 AM (cash or card — check event page).
• Bib pickup: 7:00–8:45 AM at the Central Huron Community Complex.
• Parking available at the complex (arrive early — limited spaces).
• Public transport: not available — drive or carpool. Clinton is a small town.
• Toilets and changing rooms inside the complex.
• Strollers welcome (start at the back, walker's pace).
