About the Event

On September 27, 2026, Thionville will host a vibrant and playful running event organized by the 40th Regiment of Transmissions (RT) with support from the Municipal Sports Office. This non-timed race offers two circuit options: one spanning approximately 4 kilometers and another covering around 6.5 kilometers.
Participants can enjoy a unique experience as they run through zones designed to splash them with colorful powder, creating an unforgettable visual spectacle along the route. The event is open to all ages and skill levels without requiring a medical certificate, making it ideal for runners or walkers looking for fun rather than competition.
Packets will be available on Saturday, September 26 from 14:00 to 18:00 at the stand dedicated to Open House Day activities located at 1 Boulevard du XXème Corps in Thionville. Alternatively, packets can also be picked up between 9:00 and 11:00 on race day itself at Place de la Liberté.
The village opens its doors early for participants who wish to register or collect their packages from 9:00 AM until the start of the event at 11:00 AM. The race begins promptly at 11:00 AM, and runners can look forward to a day filled with various activities designed to enhance the overall experience.
