Welcome to Little Bennett Dawg Daze, an exhilarating mountain bike race that promises an unforgettable experience. Sponsored by Ocelot Timing and Events, this event is perfect for both seasoned racers and enthusiastic newcomers. The race will commence with a mass start at 10:00 AM for the 180-minute group followed by another wave starting just five minutes later at 10:05 AM for those in the 90-minute category. Participants are encouraged to arrive early; check-in closes at 9:45 AM, and a mandatory racer meeting will be held at 9:50 AM. To register, visit BikeReg online prior to the event date. Late entries or day-of registrations (after August 13th, 2026, by 5 PM) come with an additional $10 fee. On race day, you'll pick up your number plate at the designated check-in table. Safety and hydration are paramount; ensure you stay well-hydrated as August temperatures can soar. The race course is approximately 5 miles long, offering a fast and flowing challenge that caters to those seeking a thrilling experience on well-maintained trails. Please note that while we give advance notice of the event, other trail users such as hikers, runners, cyclists, and horse riders may be present. Always pass carefully and courteously. Weather conditions are closely monitored by MNCPP-MC Parks and Ocelot Timing and Events. In case of wet weather or rain before race day, we will communicate with participants to determine the best course of action. Should the event need to be canceled due to regulatory or weather issues, a refund less prorated expenses not recoverable will be provided.
